Traffic Pods Getting Started Guide (All members must read)

This guide will cover all the important aspects of the Traffic Pods system in detail. If you would first like just an overview of the system, please CLICK HERE

The first thing to understand about the Traffic Pods system is that although it appears complicated on the surface, it is really very easy to use. Even if you are only interested in surfing some sites and sending visitors to your own site in return, Traffic Pods can accomodate you very nicely.

BUT, it will be very hard for you to avoid getting caught up in all the excitement!

And so without further delay .... here is how it all works.

When you first sign up for your account you will see that you have 250 credits and a little lock beside it. To release these bonus credits, you will need to start surfing by using the surf link provided to you. After surfing just 100 sites, these 250 bonus credits will be released to you and the lock will disappear. At this point you can now start sending traffic to your websites.

So how does the surfing work? Simple. But first you need to picture the way the pods are arranged in this system. Imagine a straight line of 1000 "pods". Each of these "pods" will be called a "traffic pod". Each "traffic pod" consists of 10 websites. When you first sign up you will start surfing in the FIRST "traffic pod". After surfing 10 websites you will move on to the next "traffic pod" in this 1000 pod ladder. You will continue to surf through these "traffic pods" until you hit the 10th one. After completing the 10th "traffic pod" (which means you have surfed 100 total sites), you will be given the opportunity to earn some great bonuses in one of the "bonus pods" (more about bonus pods in a moment). These "bonus pods" will be available after EVERY 10 "traffic pods". So, basically, you surf 10 "traffic pods", and then surf a "bonus pod", and then 10 more "traffic pods", and another "bonus pod" and so on and so on.

After you have surfed 100 "traffic pods" you will given the opportunity to earn even BIGGER rewards in the "SUPER POD" (more about this in a moment). "Super pods" are available after EVERY 100 "traffic pods".

After you have surfed 1000 "traffic pods", you will have completed a level. You will see your levels increase on your main members page and you will see the mini pod icons light up as you move up the levels. Every additional icon that you light up will increase your earnings in all future "bonus pods" that you surf through.

In summary .... You will be surfing through a series of "traffic pods" that make up the TrafficPods ladder. After every 10 "traffic pods", you will get to surf a "bonus pod" for additional rewards. After every 100 "traffic pods", you will get to surf a "super pod" for even greater rewards. After every 1000 "traffic pods", you will complete a level and be returned to the first pod in the TrafficPods ladder.

The great thing about the Traffic Pods system, is that if you are a PRO member (or if you are a Standard member that has earned a pod) you will actually own a pod of your own. And if your pod is ranked in the top 1000 pods that are owned by members, then your pod will be placed into the TrafficPods ladder and you will earn rewards EVERY time ANY member surfs a site in that pod!

So how do you earn traffic? There are many ways to earn traffic in this system, but the thing you need to first understand is that you will be earning traffic credits for your surfing and something called Pod Points for your bonuses which you will then convert into traffic credits at the variable floating rate which is based on supply and demand. This means that if you keep an eye on things and remain active in this system, you will likely be able to trade your Pod Points in for a LOT more traffic!

So, what are the traffic credits good for? Well, traffic credits are what you will need to create your campaigns and send traffic to your own website. Every 5 credits is equal to 1 visit to your own website. Credits can also be purchased directly from the site and upgraded members will automatically get 5,000 traffic credits every month as part of their package.

Pod Points are earned in a variety of ways and represent the main BONUS reward system in the Traffic Pods program. You will earn Pod Points for:

every page your direct referrals surf (Pro members get double)
every unique hit to your referral link (up to max daily limit)
every site you successfully surf in each "Bonus Pod"
every site you successfully surf in each "Super Pod"
every member you refer who activates and surfs at least 100 sites
every member you refer who upgrades to a Pro membership gives WEEKLY rewards.
PLUS ... we give away thousands and thousands of pod points every day as bonuses while you are surfing as well as for daily, weekly, and monthly competitions and promotions.

PLUS ... all members who own a pod will be earning additional Pod Points for EVERY site surfed within their own pod by ALL members in the ENTIRE network!

So, what good are Pod Points? As you earn Pod Points from all of the things mentioned above, you will see your Pod Point balance increasing in your "Pod Reserve" account. The Pod Points that are placed into your "Pod Reserve" account will remained unavailable to you until you own a pod. You can own a pod by upgrading your membership or by being one of the top 25 surfers for the week.

For Standard members that own a pod .... you will have 50% of your "Pod Reserve" Pod Points released into your "available" account at the end of each week that you meet your minimum surfing requirement.

For PRO members .... you will have 50% of your "Pod Reserve" Pod Points released into your "available" account at the end of each week.

Regardless of your membership type, you will be able to trade these Pod Points (the ones in your "available" account) for actual traffic credits using our unique variable trading system. The conversion rate will fluctuate throughout the day allowing for added excitement. On average, the trading rate will be approximately 30%, however it could get a lot higher so you will want to make sure and log in frequently so that you can catch it when the rate is high.

Or ... you can sell your pod points back to us for Logibucks*.

*Logibucks are an internal currency reward system that can be used to purchase traffic or membership upgrades. Logibucks can be transferred to other programs in the Logiscape network. Logibucks have no cash value outside the network.

So, what does each pod give me? What can I earn from each pod?

Traffic Pod:
The main pods that all members surf through are called the "traffic pods". There are 1000 traffic pods in a straight line that make up the TrafficPods ladder. After surfing all 1000 traffic pods in this ladder, a member will complete the level and start at the first pod in the ladder again. Each traffic pod in this ladder consists on 10 sites to surf. For every page that you surf in a traffic pod, you will earn traffic credits based on the ratio set out for your membership level. You can also find bonus Pod Points while surfing. After surfing 10 of these traffic pods, you will be given the opportunity to surf a bonus pod for even greater rewards.

NOTE: These traffic pods are the pods that can be owned by other members and every time you surf a page within one of these pods, the member that owns that pod receives rewards.

Bonus Pod:
Bonus pods are available after every 10 traffic pods you surf and here is how it works. You will first begin by surfing the first site in the bonus pod. If you are successful in passing the site (you have a 75% success rate) then you will be given the opportunity to either continue surfing or to take what you have earned so far in this bonus pod. For EVERY site in the bonus pod that you successfully pass, you will earn Pod Points and these will be added to your total for that particular bonus pod. You will only get these pod points, however, when you click on the button to stop surfing. If you continue to surf in the bonus pod, then you are risking what you have earned so far in that pod. If you are not successful in passing a site, then you will lose everything you earned in that bonus pod. You can surf as many sites as you want in the bonus pod until you are either unable to pass the site or you choose to stop and take your winnings.

An important thing to note about the rewards in these bonus pods is that as you increase your level (and light up those little icons), the rewards you can get from each bonus pod increases significantly!

NOTE: You will not receive the usual traffic credits for surfing in the bonus pod since you are getting the opportunity to win a larger amount of pod points with every site you successfully pass.

Super Pod:
Super pods are available after every 100 traffic pods you surf and here is how they work. You will start by surfing the first site in the Super pod. If you are successful, you wll win the corresponding reward and be given the opportunity to go on to the next site. You can continue surfing and winning rewards after each site you successfully pass. If you choose to continue surfing and you don't pass a site, then you will lose everything you had up to that point in the super pod. Please note that you will never lose rewards that you had previously received in other pods.

NOTE: You will not receive the usual traffic credits for surfing in the super pod since you are getting the opportunity to win a larger amount of pod points with every site you successfully pass.

We hope that you now have a good grasp on the way TrafficPods works. In all likelyhood, you will need to actually move around the site and surf for a while in order to fully understand everything, but please don't get discouraged ... it will make a lot more sense if you just jump in with both feet and start using it.

For a more detailed look into what each type of pod (traffic pod, bonus pod, and super pod) have to offer, please CLICK HERE. You can also view this page by selecting the option "What are Pods?" under the Pods heading from the side menu.

We have also provided some tutorials on how to add your URLs and set up traffic campaigns so we will not discuss that here.

Also, we have decided that it would be more convenient to place all the "numbers" in one place so you can refer to them easily without having to search later on. You can find all the "numbers" like surfing ratios, bonus points, additional rewards, and so on by CLICKING HERE. You can also view this page by clicking on the "Quick Reference" link at the bottom of the side menu found on every member page.

Well, that's about it! We hope you will love this system and will continue to benefit from it for years to come.
